Who we are
Bidders Support Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17188011, registered office 680 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 3AA. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Business contact details that firms publish themselves: company name, the phone number on their Google Business listing, and the director's name from the public Companies House register.
- What you send us: your name, number and messages when you call, text or reply to us, and the details you give us to build your website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and to build and run the services you ask for.
- To contact limited companies about our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering them to businesses. Every text we send tells you who we are and how to opt out.
Who we share it with
The companies that host our website and run our phone, text and customer-records systems, only so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch or you are a client, and up to six years after, for our business and tax records. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your number on a do-not-contact list, so we can honour it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us using it. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will not contact you again. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
